Regulamin opłaty rezerwacyjnej w formie zadatku/wizyt z karnetu przedpłaconego

1. Dokonanie opłaty rezerwacyjnej, zwanej dalej “zadatkiem” jest obowiązkowe i stanowi podstawę do wykonania rezerwacji zabiegu.

7. Zadatek z zabiegu odwołanego w czasie krótszym niż 24h od zarezerwowanego terminu zostaje na koncie Verde Day SPA S.C. i stanowi pokrycie kosztów zatrudnienia terapeutki i wynajęcia lokalu przy ul. Bracka 6/4, Kraków. Tym samym wizyta umówiona w ramach karnetu przedpłaconego zostaje uznana za zrealizowaną i pobrana z karnetu.

(12) In the event that a booking cannot be fulfilled through the fault of Verde Day Spa or Verde Day Spa cancels a booking for which the customer has made a payment in the form of a deposit, Verde Day Spa is obliged to refund the payment within 5 working days of the booking date, or according to the customer's indication - to transfer the deposit to another date.
