– rozcierając kolistymi naprzemiennymi ruchami opuszków palców kierując sie również w kierunku czoła. Skóra będzie sprężysta i nie będziesz musiała się obawiać tzw “zmarszczek grawitacyjnych”

– wykonując delikatne uciki opuszkami palców
– drenując okolicę oka- ustaw palce w kształt litery V i połóż je – jeden pod dolną powieką, drugi na górnej. Delikatnie ciągnij do zewnętrznego kącika oka.
– oklepujac twarz opuszkami palców- to poprawia krążenie limfatyczne i zapobiega opadaniu skóry.
